It takes our managers 1–2 days to process your order when you purchase sports pharmaceuticals in Ireland. After processing, the customer receives an invoice for payment.
After payment, the buyer must provide us with proof of payment. The receipt must show the date and time of the payment, as well as the amount and the bank account number to which the funds were transferred.
Please note: It takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of payment for the funds to reach our account. Orders are shipped within 4 to 10 days after payment.
Sports pharmaceutical products are delivered in Ireland via international delivery services.
The estimated delivery time in Ireland is 6 days. Once the package has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer so they can monitor their order.

Refunds
Refunds are available if the customer cancels the order before it has been packaged. A refund is also possible if the package is returned to us and was not delivered to the customer.
Due to an increase in dishonest customer cases, refunds are only issued when the package returns to our company’s office. There have been cases where customers requested a refund a few days after shipping, and later received the order because it was already in Ireland.
Estimated Delivery Costs:
- If the total order value is equal to or less than €150, delivery costs are approximately €35.
- If the total price of goods is between €150 and €300, delivery costs are €20.
- If you order products worth more than €300, our company covers the delivery costs.

Please note: Products from the sports pharmacy cannot be exchanged or returned.
Important Notice!
Our online sports pharmacy reserves the right to replace a product in an order with an equivalent product (containing the same active ingredient). This replacement is made only if the original item is out of stock.
The principle is simple: if a product is out of stock, the sports pharmacy will replace it with another high-quality product at the same price — or even a premium product of higher value.
We want to ensure there is no misunderstanding regarding this process. You will always receive a product of equal or higher quality if the original item is unavailable.

If your order was not delivered due to our error or fault, we can offer you a refund or resend your order at our expense, plus provide a 15% discount on your next purchase.
If your order was not delivered due to your own fault (for example: incorrect address, failure to collect the order on time, order cancellation, refusal to accept delivery, or similar situations), you will be required to pay the reshipping costs so that we can send your order again.
No refunds can be made because medical products cannot be returned under applicable law.
