Please note! If the customer fails to collect the package within the required time frame, or if they are not present at the address specified in the order when delivery is attempted, our company must return the package to the warehouse. The customer has the right to have the order reshipped, but they must pay the delivery cost again.
If the customer refuses reshipment, our company will refund the payment amount; however, only 50% of the total will be refunded. This is due to additional costs associated with customs duties. Please also note that many medicines have a limited shelf life.

Such replacements are made only if the original product is out of stock.
